Biography: 

Noah began working in the Vancouver real estate sector immediately after earning her BA from the University of Victoria. Before joining Patrick Weeks Real Estate, Noah worked as a luxury rental agent after obtaining her Property Management License through the UBC Sauder Real Estate Division. Noah quickly discovered a passion for the negotiation and communication aspects of real estate transactions. In the fall of 2020, Noah made the switch from rentals to real estate sales. Noah brings her extensive knowledge of the Vancouver rental market to analyze properties for investment potential. Noah also has first-hand experience investing in real estate, having purchased her first rental property at age 21. Noah’s strengths are her communication skills, charisma, and commitment to building trust and strong relationships with clients.
